3105 H14/H16 aluminium closure sheet for screw caps
Compare with 8011 aluminum closure sheet, 3105 Aluminium sheet has enough strength, so it is stronger enough to bear the gas pressure. It is widely used for making screw cap for carbonated drinks and mineral waters.
We could treat 3105 Aluminum screw cap sheet with phosphoric acid chromated and DOS coated, printed with different colors on the basis of our plain sheet.
We control the materials composition, rolling temperature and time, and annealing temperature to product optimal materials to meet client’s performance needs, such as its opening capability and earring rate.
With our good flatness and squareness, the issues of color gapping, unevenness or print misalignment during printing can be prevented.

8011 aluminum closure sheet for ropp caps
The most common alloy for closures is 8011 alloy, which has good formability, good earring rate and flatness, so as to make sure the long cap deep drawing. The common thickness includes 0.16-0.25 mm. As for h14 of 8011 aluminium closure sheet foil, it refers to the strength and performance under the h14 temper state obtained, after processing and hardening. It’s a commonly used state, and 8011 h4 aluminum foil sheet shows high deep drawability, sufficient strength, low ear-making rate, and better mechanical properties. So It becomes the perfect raw material for aluminum closures of the bottle cap. It often used as bottle cap, such as ROPP, alcohol/ wine screw caps, beverages Omnia jar caps, pull-off caps, oral liquid, injection vial seals, etc.

Haomei 8011 h14 aluminum closure sheet production requirements: Never defects causing surface scratches, rolled marks ,corrossion, as well as stain are not acceptable.
Aluminum Closure Sheets/Coils Packing
Aluminum Closure Sheets are placed in wooden boxes on wooden skids with runners along the length of the sheet. They are wrapped in HDPE with hardboard on top and bottom of the stack. Hoop iron strapping runs along the length of the sheets. Silica gel packets are put in the boxes for moisture protection.
Alternatively, they are wrapped in a poly-laminated gunny or polythene, strapped with a hoop iron strap and clip and placed on a wooden pallet. Edge guards are used and the sheets are wrapped with protective thermocol sheets.
Coil: Coil is placed on wooden pallets in either eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall condition, wrapped in HDPE fabric and hardboard, and strapped with hoop iron. Silica gel packets are used for moisture protection.
